Verify a Polaris message

If you received an email from automation.global@polarisoutbound.com and want to confirm it is legitimate, you are in the right place.

What is Polaris?

Polaris is a service operated by an independent provider that performs targeted outbound business development on behalf of specialty manufacturers. We do not sell anything ourselves — we help our clients introduce themselves to companies whose equipment matches the application profiles their products are designed for.

Every email we send identifies our client clearly, names the territory contact who would handle a response, and provides this verification page along with an unsubscribe link.

Currently representing

How to confirm

  1. Verify the sender domain on the email is polarisoutbound.com. Any other domain is not us.

Want to opt out?

Every Polaris email includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it once and your address is permanently suppressed across every client we represent — you will not be contacted again. If you have already lost the email, send a request to unsubscribe@polarisoutbound.com and we will add you to the suppression list within one business day.
